The Linda Mwananchi movement has officially opened its Butula Sub-County office at Muruka, in an event that has drawn political aspirants and supporters from across the constituency.
The opening is being led by Patrobas Odhiambo, the Linda Mwananchi County Coordinator, together with Kenneth Wafubwa, the Interim Chairperson of the movement in Butula Sub-County.
Aspirants from all wards in Butula have turned up for the occasion. Also present are those eyeing the parliamentary seat in the 2027 General Election, which shows how early the race to represent the constituency is heating up.
The new office is expected to give the movement a firm base on the ground. Supporters believe it will make it easier to coordinate members, hold meetings and mobilise residents in different parts of Butula as the country moves closer to the 2027 polls.
